I have been on IP since June 2015 but got off track end of last year and have been struggling to get back on it since then. One of my issues is having nobody to share my journey with. My friends don't really understand the diet and my family wouldn't be much help either. I would love to text as well but talking here would be fine with me.
Good luck tomorrow, I restarted in March, and have lost 14 pounds 8 more to go!
It's hard to start let alone restart and you feel like a failure, but that is personal guilt, not reality, a life lesson

Sorry hit send before I finished....new phone lol....
I am doing it with work and we are all supporting each other. This time I'm sticking to it! So if ever you need support I'm here!
I also started in June last year. I phased off in Oct/Nov and maintained pretty well until I had a running injury in January, and then my weight started to creep up. When I hit the +8 pounds mark, I went back on P1 last week. I'll be doing P1 until the end of this month. It's not easy, but you just have to put your head down and power through it.

We have the same timeline
It's definitely much harder to restart than start!
Hi! Well, I did a pretty good job. I did have 2 restricteds instead of just one. And I did have a glass of diet pop . But no cocktails!
Are any of you exercising? I started exercising a few weeks ago. The first week was great and I felt like I was losing weight but then came to a standstill. That's why I decided to go OP on IP. I think I started eating extra calories. Any of you exercising? What do you do?
I weighed myself this a.m. I was about where I thought I was. I need to buckle down and stop that extra restricted. How is everyone doing?
Yes, you'll need to cut that back to one restricted only. You could possibly bump out of ketosis with two restricted items, depending on what they are.
Exercise: On my first round of P1, I did no exercise for the first month (per protocol guidelines), then I began a faithful walking regimen. When I had about 20 pounds left to lose, I started Couch to 5K and added an extra packet for the exercise. Now, on my reboot (still injured and on limited activity), I'm walking and using the elliptical and recumbent bike at the gym.
My first week is done. I've decided not to weigh myself until the end of the month. But I did measurements this morning and I've lost an inch in both waist and hips, and my clothes definitely fit better, so I'm confident I'm losing.
