I've never dropped bye here before but u have a nice thread name.
I bought a new Fitbit Charge 2 weeks ago & have done the American Heart Association recommendation of walking 10,000 steps/2 miles on 11 days & some days walked +12,000 steps. I have a 26 mile badge walking towards the next one for 70 miles this month
My Dh works in a factory & has no problem walking 5 miles daily. My goal is to b able to do that too because I decided we r going to walk the Annual Mackinac Bridge on Labor Day 2016, a 5 miles span. We walked it 6 years ago & it was a nice challenge.
Yesterday was National Sandwich Day & we went to Subway for supper, buy 1 get 1 free
