Check-In: KCM's Circuit Burn 30 Minute Total Body Mix w/10's
I wanted a shorter workout due to limited time today. This one felt really good. Worked out but not worn out and no dread. I will need to do the longer combined workouts premix when I have more time.

Deb Feel better soon. Watch those symptoms and go to the Dr. if you need. I know that DH got really sick and he didn't even have the flu.
