Default Activity Points

Can you bank activity points? And how many activity points can you accumulate in a day? Also when at a restaurant and you use regular salad dressing, but you just dip your fork in the dressing how have you guys counted points? Thanks for all your help in advance!!

On the Activity Points...yes you can bank them. I have not gotten a clear understanding from anyone on how many but the online program and tools only lets a person bank a maximum of 4 activity points. W/W does not want people over exercising just to over eat. So I say that is a good 'rule' to follow.

On your other question, what I do is use my spoon and put what looks to be about 1 tablespoon (usually about 1-1 1/2 points worth) on the side of my plate and see how much I use. Normally I do not use more than that when I use the dip method.

On the new flex-points program you CANNOT bank your activity points, you must eat them that day or you lose them! Good Luck!

Snoopy if you look at when this was originally done at that time you could bank them.

This is a very old message.

Can't bank on the flex plan. So enjoy them all on the day you earn them.
