well, i would say it's better not to obsess, but i don't think that's possible haha...
just one thing though, don't weigh yourself 15 times a day!!! weight fluctuates throughout the day... it's just gonna make you miserable! just weigh yourself once, at the same time everyday. my advice is in the morning when you wake up, naked or in your pj's
definitely the lowest weight you would see all day anyways.
