I am reading Body Rx. I am to the section where he goes into the food plan. I am a bit confused. I weigh 263 lbs and it will take me longer than 6 mos to get it all off. I was reading in the exercise section that you can repeat cycles, but can you with the food part too? Do you bother going through Cycle 4 if you aren't on maintenance yet? I had also read somewhere that you don't repeat Cycle 3. Is this true?
I didn't do C4 Robin but went right back to C1 after finishing C3. I too have some fat to lose and won't be ready for maintenance stage for a couple full cycles I'm sure.
When you're through w/C3, you can go right back to C1 and start over, w/the food and exercises the same.
Robin, some people continue to lose in Cycle 4, some even do better. I chose to repeat Cycle 3 last time, but I don't suggest that. My results slowed a lot because my body was used to the nutrtion. It is better to switch your nutritiion by going to Cycle 4 or starting over with Cycle 1.
