Default Phase 1 weekly planner template

Hey all,
I wanted to share this tool that my coach had given me - it's a weekly menu planner for phase 1.It lays out meals, veggies and vitamins every day for a week! I've been using it and setting up my packets ahead of time and it's been helpful. Feel free to download and use it!

The lines that are RED indicate a restricted packet, that way you don't have to worry about having too many in one day!

I have to be on the forum a little longer before you can send me messages, but I also have this in an excel spreadsheet. Once I can receive messages, I'm happy to email that to you if you PM me your email! (Can't upload excel files here). I'm more of a spreadsheet girl than a word document girl

Hmmm...did you try saving it to your computer first? I double checked and it isn't protected at all so you should be able to download and print.

OK, this is neat. Only thing is, the dinner amounts of protein are wrong if I am not mistaken? Your coach gave you a sheet that says "7 ozs fish, or 5 ozs of lean meat"...

Thought the most updated protein amount was 8 ozs? Correct me if I am wrong since I am NOT with a coach, just learning here and using alternative products.

I was going to ask the same qusetion, the Phase 1 sheet that I have is 8oz meat/fish. Is my sheet not the most up to date one available?

That's easy to update, my coach may have been using the same template from before the update. I'll let her know too! I am going to create this in a google docs spreadsheet too - I find it's easier to work with than a word document. Will post the link here when it's all done!

This is the Ideal Protein Journal in spreadsheet style. Everyone that is going to an Ideal Protein clinic should be using a journal and having to bring it to weigh-ins. Thanks for sharing the excel version, it makes it easier for people on the go.

Is there some rule that the restricted needs to be at lunch? The spreadsheet seems to imply that.
