Default having probs staying at calories. im too low everyday

The past couple days I've been having problems staying above 1300 and I was losing around 1700. I just can't seem too eat more. I try adding more ingredients in my food but no luck. Any suggestions?? Maybe I'm not hungry?

That may not be a problem, your body may be happy with the amount you're eating. Why don't you go with the flow for a while and see how it goes. If you start getting fatigued then maybe you should up the calories by adding butter to your veggies.

Did you just recently start counting? Sometimes, in the first few weeks, new counters experience some appetite suppression.

It changes daily but today i had:
bkfast: 3 eggs,1 slice cheese, 2 slices toast,2 slices canadian bacon.
Snack: piece of cheese
Lunch: easy mac n cheese
Dinner: 4oz eye of round steak, half a cup green beans, half a cup of new potatoes.
dessert: ww ice cream sandwich. Im just under 1300 cals. And im not starving myself.i just get full easy now. I also drink glass after glass of water and i was pretty busy today.

During the week its a lot easier to eat whole foods. Tomorrow will be eggs for bkfast, leftover dinner from tonight. Dinner last piece of steak from tonight. Mushrooms, rice

Sounds to me like it's the starter's appetite suppressant. It's a good thing, but you have to make sure that you eat enough, even if you have to shove it down. Not only do you need the nutrients, but if you under-eat too much during this period, many people find their appetites come back with a vengeance.

In my case, if I stick to eating a decent amount, my appetite returns (usually before the end of the first month), but it's not quite as strong as it was when I was eating poorly (and controllable with dietary choices).

Thats what im afraid of. I dont want it to come back. Last year i ate 1200 cals while working out 2 hrs a day 4x a week and felt tired and weak n then quit all together. Im gonna try and add more veggies and protein to keep my cals up so when my appetite comes back i dont binge. Thanks everyone

You might be underestimating your calories. I went over your menu, I didn't know exactly the calories or how things were prepared but I came up with 1650 calories.Where are you getting your calorie amounts. Are you guesstimating, when I make a guess I usually underestimate.

I don't know the exact calories of your meals but maybe try adding a piece of fruit with your cheese in the mornng.

Stop eating 'low cal' foods!! Easy fix. Put coconut oil on your veggies. Eat some almond butter. Put an avocado in your salad.

I'm not really ever hungry either... so the foods I do eat are really calorie and nutrient dense. It works out well.

I am having the same issues. Granted its only my 4th day. Today I only ate around 900 calories. I think I need to have a evening snack to bring that up a bit. I am just not hungry. With drinking my water I feel full. I will have 2 eggs tomorrow instead of one. This calorie counting is all new to me. I just want to keep it below the 1300-1500 level. I think I need to ease up a bit. I just want this so much.

You could actually go a bit higher and lose still. I know exactly what you mean about wanting it and im sure you think the quicker the better but be careful. i did 1200 cals last year and lost 30 lbs quick but it wasnt enough food and i binged everyday and gained it all back
