Default splenda and crystal light

I couldnt find anything on this topic so idk if anyone has talked about it but is it okay to use splenda and crystal light?? I really cant get used to eating food and drinking water...so my doctor recommended crystal light one day...and i was thinking of substituting regular sugar with splenda..will it make a difference? is it healthier?

i like crystal light, i get something sweet without many calories. its made a huge difference in my soda intake. i drink one diet soda a day now, when before i would have like 75 - 80 ounces a day. i pretty much put crystal light in ALL of my water. i wouldnt be able to drink as much water as im supposed to without it

I use both. I don't use splenda a lot unless I want a little sweetener in my tea. But if you haven't tried the new Crystal Light drink mixes you totally should...Margarita, Mojito and Appletini I LOVE THEM!

Artificial sweetness make you bloat, not to mention that someone will start posting about all the terrible things it does to your body
When I first started weaning myself off from soda I did use crystal light and know Id rather drink plain water than fake sweetness and I did use Splenda a lot for my coffee but I have chosen to go back to just plain cane sugar.

I think to start off yeah sure they are good ideas ro drink but in the long run I hope you can just learn to like plain water

I love crystal light. Peach Tea is my favorite!

Not necessarily healthier, but it's probably better than drinking empty calories. It's probably a good step to get used to drinking water

You could try putting a little lemon or lime juice into your water for flavor. Or cucumber slices in a pitcher of water.

When I use the crystal light packets or anything similar, I don't use the full packet. But I also dilute my juice to about 1/2 juice and 1/2 water. I just like a little extra flavor.
