What BMR calculator do you use?
I have used the " Harris-Benedict " equation and others that were listed as " most accurate" or " best" ....I ended up with 3 diff numbers yesterday ...4,690 ( I wish !!!!!!!) 3,026.... And 2145..... I'm 5'10 195 lbs 31 yr old m.....and walk/run 20-25 miles a week
Also I read somewhere you should only subtract half of the calories you burn by exercising off your daily total ? Exp...I eat 1500 calories, burn off 300 running, total daily net would then be 1350? Has anyone else seen this?
