Second, you're not the only one that feels that you need to change your ways to establish healthier options (even though you sometimes feel like the only one). We're all in this together fighting the same thing at different stages of our lives.
Each weight gain episode for me packed on more pounds than the last time
And when I thought I looked "fat" at an earlier weight, I wished I was at that weight now.
I'm an all or nothing person.... I know all the tricks and what to do (and all the calories/points of every food). It's my brain that's fat.... gotta think positive
