Default Oh happy day!
Got on the scale today after being stuck at 231.0 for a few days....to find a happy little 229.6! Not only does that put me below the 230's (which I haven't seen in a long time....and even longer in healthy ways!), but it takes me from the "Obese class 3" I started at down to "Obese class 1"!!!! And the size 22W jeans I was so thrilled to fit into a few months ago...the pair that wouldn't even BUTTON at the beginning of last summer....yeah~they're FALLING DOWN!!!! I am one HAPPY lady!

It sure is! Even better is knowing that I'm doing it the right way....with diet, exercise, and medically-supervised medication instead of just not eating. This is sustainable.I am trying to hold off on buying any clothes until I HAVE to though...

Yay! I know you're happy!

I didn't even realize there were "classes" of obesity until you posted. I knew about "obese" and "morbidly obese". So, I went and checked myself and shizzitt, I'm a class 3!! The good news is I only have to lose one pound to get to class 2!
