So every new year i say to my self, i will try to work out more and lose weight. Every year starts out great. I go for about 4 to five weeks straight and around week six i get lazy and start eating bad. But something in me was diffrent. and now i am down 24 lbs and still going. Today i weight what i weight in high school. I can not beleive it. I am so proud of me
beleive you can do it and take it day by day, its not always easy and remember that its ok to have bad days, just remember to hit the restart button the next day
