After losing 14 kilos in 2010, going to Scotland, dieting again, losing 6 kilos, travelling to Scotland for the second time and regaining them (damn you delicious gluten free things available in the nearby supermarket), I am trying to restart my diet yet again, though with a more achievable objective. Instead of trying to achieve my teenage weight of 78 kilos, I will try to reach 90, as that would put me in the overweight area (instead of Obesity II like now), and would probably in helping me to get rid of lots of health trouble.

So yay, this cat is trying to get back on track again

Welcome back! When I first went gluten free I lost weight really easily, but then when they started making gluten free bread products it wasn't so easy.

Same happened to me. I lost 6 kilos very quickly, but then I gained some back (though not so much due to gluten free tasty things, but mainly for crisps and other snacks).

Being in Edinburgh was bad for my weight, as the supermarkets round the corner carried delicious gluten free products, so I ended up indulging on them too frequently
