Default Help please

new user I have been cc 1200 for 1 wk now and have not lost a single pound. i've tracked everything, im 245 lbs please help.

What time of day do you weigh yourself and do you always weigh at the same time and same conditions ?I would give nyself another week before I start panicking. There is no way to predict when or how we will lose.

I agree with bargoo, it's only been a week. You must be patient.

I also have to add that for your size you just may not be eating enough. Try increasing your calories and see if that helps you drop the weight

(In case you are a woman) your cycle could be in the water retention phase and that's why you keep the weight. If that is the case, in a week you should see the results.

I also agree that 1200 cals a day is a bit low... You should eat a little more (but eat only the healthy foods), because if you eat too little, your metabolism will seriously slow down after a week or two and you will have harder time losing. You can probably get faster results if you eat around 1500kcal a day.

Kaymo-check out Web MD and take their assessment for weight Loss. Lose it.com is wonder tool also. Just dont give up.
