So I am proud, I spent the morning preparing meals that I can freeze and eat on the run. I am on phase 1, and I even made a breakfast casserole that i cut up and froze...I set myself up for success this week. Now if I can get myself up and on the treadmill I would be even prouder of myself
Excellent!!! It really takes the pressure off to have a plan and not have to think of what to make in the moment; even better, you already have everything prepared. Color me jealous!
