I'm the type that says "Hey I'm going to get up early in the morning and go to the gym" Morning comes and I find an excuse and sleep a couple extra hours. This morning I sat in bed with my covers up over my nose debating if I wanted to go or not. I decided to get out of bed. 15 minutes later I was at the gym! Thought I would share I'm getting up at 6:30 again tomorrow to go!
AWESOME! I do the same thing, and I never regret actually getting up and getting it done. The best part is, I am done with my workout first thing, and don't have to dread doing it later or after dinner. If I wanna take a walk later or something then it's just bonus.
I didn't get up this morning...I couldn't even hold my eyes open I'm going this afternoon though! I'm going to put my bag in my car so I don't forget or come home to get the bag and just stay here instead!
I don't post often, but you totally inspired me! I read this post last night and said to myself 'Thats it. i've got to just get up and do it'. So this morning I woke up and went for a 3.5 walk around the lake. Thank you for posting!
