Is this wrong - 2 pkts at once?
Today was a hard day but I stayed completely OP. Around 5pm I was hungry, my stomach actually was growling. I drank a wild berry yogurt drink, but that did not satisfy me. I wanted so much to eat the BBQ ridges (Restricted) but instead went for the herb and cheese omlette. The trouble is, I drank the drink, and within a half hour I ate the omlette. I only ate 3 pkts today, and none restricted. Did I screw up by eating 2 so close together? I did feel better (fuller) after eating the omlette and my craving for the BBQ ridges has disappeared - whew!
