Is this wrong - 2 pkts at once?

  • Today was a hard day but I stayed completely OP. Around 5pm I was hungry, my stomach actually was growling. I drank a wild berry yogurt drink, but that did not satisfy me. I wanted so much to eat the BBQ ridges (Restricted) but instead went for the herb and cheese omlette. The trouble is, I drank the drink, and within a half hour I ate the omlette. I only ate 3 pkts today, and none restricted. Did I screw up by eating 2 so close together? I did feel better (fuller) after eating the omlette and my craving for the BBQ ridges has disappeared - whew!

  • What else did you eat during the day? At that point you should have already had two packets and one left for a snack in the evening or did you have your protein and veggie dinner meal for lunch instead?

    I had my protein at lunch. For breakfast I had chocolate pudding, mid morn I ate 1 cup stewed rhubarb, and for lunch I had a super large green salad with 2 hard boiled eggs. My salad was multiple kinds of greens with cut up mushrooms, spinach and sliced red and yellow bell pepper. I made my own dressing with olive oil and apple cider vinegar. By 3 pm I was so hungry! But I waited until 5 to eat and then I ate the 2 pkts right on top of each other
  • That's not so bad! I wouldn't worry, if that happens again maybe just have some more veggies and the second protein a little later if you can wait
