Hi I have been lurking for months and finally decided to post. This site has been superb! I am confused my coach is telling me that phase 3 only lasts one week and yet here it seems to say that two weeks is a must. I finally am (almost!) at my goal wait and I don't want to screw this up in the 11th hour. Can someone set me straight?
My coach (and all the information I was given) stated that phase 3 had to be done for 2 weeks minimum. I think the phase 3 explanation sheet states this, did your coach give you a copy?
If you read the 'life after phase 1' thread in the sticky's there is some fantastic information posted by NOVAKS in regards to the importance of phase 3 and why it should be followed to the T. Infact, if you have time, I recommend that you read the entire thread - NOVAKS posted some really interesting info about Phase 4 too.

Thanks for that- I had read Novak's posts and that's what got me confused. It makes sense that you would need two weeks to come off of such a restricted diet. I do wish the coaches had the same info Again without this site a lot of us would be going side ways.

I don't know about phase 3, got a way to go yet.
I just wanted to say welcome aboard. I am surprised to learn they have IP in Bermuda. Both my hubby and daughter have worked there at different times and I just loved to visit.
