Default WW online

Hi,

I'm wondering if any of you have joined WW online. If so what is available for the cost of joining? It is much cheaper than going to meetings, but I'm wondering what I'd get for my money.

Thanks,

Nancy

Default On Line

Nancy:
I have looked at before. It has recipes (like Mastercook), on-line journals. It would only be good if you would use it. I don't think I would actually use an on-line journal. There are some good CD's you can find with recipes. Even Cooking Light has a great web site with a recipe search. This site and others offer a lot of great recipes, ideas and articles for free. I'd go and take the monthly fee and go get some new running shoes, or some cute workout gear.

One of my favorite penny-pinching things to do is go to the bookstore & look at light cookbooks and write down a few recipes I may like. Mabie I'm not totally ready for the commitment of the entire book. I also love to read magazines. My favs are First (cheap), Shape, Cooking Light, & WW magazine.

Keep counting!

Another idea if you don't want to spend the money on WW online is to join etools. It is much cheaper.. 12.95 a month or 3 months for 29.95 you can get a code at a meeting. I am headed to my last meeting today...Going down to monthly weigh ins. I will try and remember to pick up a code. If you decide you want the code I can email it to you.

I have etools and plan on using that while I am doing the monthly weigh ins. So this way I am still tracking my weight on a weekly basis.

Thanks bluvsu2 and fruitface:

Thanks for the suggestions and info. Bluvsu2, I'd be interested in a code, if you don't mind. My address is [email protected]

Thanks a bunch,

Nancy
