Ahh the joys of PMS. Yesterday I was flying high as a kite and today I feel the world's litterbox. I usually dont have such big mood swings, so its hard for me to deal with this type of feeling. To top it off my usually supportive SO is making me feel like a big huge inconvienence. Maybe thats just my perception, I dont know *sigh*

well today is a new day I hope things are better.....sometimes when I feel that way..I lock myself in the bathroom with a good book and lots of oils in the tub..then then the water is cold...I fill it up again with bath salts and water water..(that helps get the oil off the skin ) I usally feel much better...I'm very lucky my hubby is GREAT..he KNOWS when Sugar needs her space and don't get in her face.....
Hope you're feeling better, Tideypoo! I had a day like that last week... it lasted for 4 days. Just gotta' push through days/weeks like that and know that it's just temporary. Don't be too hard on yourself & feel better!!!
