I have had a wonderful week and I'm so proud. I worked out everyday this week and ate everything I was supposed to and nothing I wasn't. My muscles are sore from weights, but it feels great. I had the energy this week and have gotten most of my chores done........the house is clean and it's the weekend..........
wooooooooo----------hoooooooooooo! I can do this and so can all of you. A little tip... write everything you put in your mouth down and the excercise, I even log what kind of mood I'm in. Love you all, hang in there more energy is on the way.
