What is one victory you had recently with regards to weight loss?

I have lost 7.4 pounds since last Monday simply due to greatly lowering my sugars! (Which, in turn, has lowered my carb intake a lot as well.) I've also lost tummy inches which is the biggest victory ever for me as I swear I practically looked 6 months pregnant.

Me too! I can't believe what a difference it has made in how I look and feel to cut out the sugar and processed carbs. No more baby belly for me

Not necessarily for myself, but my healthy eating and physical activity has gotten Boyfriend to eat healthier and start exercising. Last night he went and got a gym membership and has lost 2.4lbs so far!

As for myself, I've lost about 8lbs since I started about a month ago. Lately I've been paying more attention to what I put in my body and what kind of physical activity I do each day.

Victory: My pants are no longer tight (actually a bit loose!) and my bra size went down.

I went from using 3 lb handweights while doing Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones to using 5 lbs handweights for some of the sets. And I can tell I'm getting better at planks. I'm feeling stronger!

I hit healthy BMI on Tuesday and have stayed that way! It wasn't a fluke! I'm now considered healthy and normal.

Wow! There have been some awesome victories here! Mine is that I have been using my treadmill almost every day. I told myself if I was going to invest the money in a treadmill, I better use it, and I have been!

Wow, congrats to everyone for their victories!

I tried on all of the jeans in my closet and only 3 are really wearable, the rest are all too big! It may be bad for my wardrobe, but it's definitely a good sign of my progress.
