Default Struggling with breakfast recipes

Does anyone have any quick breakfast recipes or even ones I could make the day before? I'm on green menu so veggies are out in the morn, which is ok by me cause I'm not big on the veggies anyhow. Any help would be appreciated!

If you have the cookbook there is a recipe for pancakes. I used to make them all the time - sunday night for the next week. Prepare the batter in the blender and then cook like regular panacakes. I would make enough for a few days and then just warm them in the morning in the mircowave and have a HNS with them. They sounded gross when I read the recipe, but tasted really good once I gave them a shot.

Happy Chick 68.. What diet are you on? I am on the Meta Slim and very different from yours. Can't have any of those breakfast menus on Meta Slim.

I didn't think bananas were allowed on meta slim - peanut butter either. Also, I thought oatmeal was limited to 1/4 c cooked.

I generally have eggs and an orange or apple. Sometimes I'll hard boil the eggs the night before if I know I don't have time in the am. Not too exciting, but that's what I do

I think Happy Chick saw this post on the front board and commented w/o realizing this was an MRC board.

I LOVE some of the recipes from the cookbook...cinnamon roll, some of the breads.

I make a quiche thingy w bread in a muffin tin and eggs and cheese with a touch of salsa baked inside. Really yummy.

I love to scramble the egg beaters (usually just do them in the microwave) with a little parm cheese, a hit with the sea salt. Enjoy them with my melba, or 40 cal bread with a little saffron oil, cinnamon and truvia for cinnamon toast.

Then, as far as the eggs, you can throw in veggies of choice to make it even more interesting. So, very easy. And I do this at work in the microwave, so it travels well.

I know this is not breakfast food, but I like a half turkey sandwich for breakfast; one slice 40 calorie bread and 4 oz turkey. Cut the bread in half and make a sandwich.

Wheat Toast, add one "fried egg" and top off with 1 oz shredded hard cheese

Cinnamon Toast- wheat bread, sprinkle cinnamon and one splenda packet and eat an egg or appropriate protein.

I cook a batch of oatmeal and place in fridge. Spoon out a serving and add cinnamon & splenda OR I can't believe it is not butter. Eat appropriate protein.

When in a hurry, low-cal high fiber torlilla with shredded cheese. Microwave 20 seconds to let cheese melt. I roll these up and have them ready to grab and mic as I am running out the door.
