2 mini donuts: 250 calories
3 cheesecake brownies: 600 calories
You say you ate a few pieces of sushi and fruit earlier. Say that was 400. You're still in maintenance range!
Don't beat yourself up over it and if you really think you did a little damage, go for an extra run. No worries at all
