What junk food do you miss the most?
So what kinds of junk food has everyone given up that they miss?
For me, it has to be pizza or Starbucks.
I never was a huge pizza eater, but now that I technically "can't" have it, I want it lol

Pizza hut breadsticks. Pinwheel cookies (the chocolate-covered marshmallow ones). Guinness. Double stuffed oreos. Cupcakes.
Fat kid city.

Chips. I don't have much of a sweet tooth, but I do love salt
put a salt lick in front of me and I might go nuts haha
Anyone know of anything healthy that might appease the salty cravings ?

Have you tried pretzels? I know they are not great for you. I have found whole wheat or honey wheat pretzels. Maybe with some peanut butter...
Or you could try popcorn. There are those low fat 100 cal bags

If I want, and I mean really want my favorite junk food I will have it. But, I don't view this as a diet, it's not sustainable that way. My weight loss might be a little slower with bi weekly treats, but I can live with that. I couldn't live (happily) withholding my favorite things from myself.

My favorite food was always french fries but I seem to be losing my taste for them.
Lately, I crave kit kat bars and Publix brand frozen pizza....both foods I NEVER used to eat before...wierd...

Nothing is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN for me, but a few things are just so guilt-ridden that I don't bother.
Namely a big box of chocolate covered almonds. I can't NOT eat the whole thing, and at 590 calories a box it just isn't worth the grief.
I go on long (longer than one week) international vacations a couple times a year, and I give myself license to eat like a pig then.
I am absolutely terrified to move back to the U.S. where all my trigger foods will be readily available. Bagels and cream cheese, giant New York pizza pies, fatty Tex-Mex entrees buried under sour cream.

Bagels are totally do-able though! I eat a 1/2 bagel for breakfast with well it's fat free cream cheese, but still...tastes pretty good haha.

Pizza. If somebody has found a neat low calorie way to make pizza, please PLEASE (Yes, I am begging.) post it. I dream about it. It's sad, I know.
