I am so excited!! I lost 12 pounds the first week!! I am just doing 1200 calories a day! It was so hard in the beginning few days but I feel like I am getting adjusted! YAY!!!!!
12lbs is great - and to be honest, 1200 calories is SO hard at first.... but once you get used to it, you can really learn how to eat an amazingly large amount of food for 1200!
