I'm so confused.
As well as trying to lower calories, I'm also trying to lower my sodium and protein intake. Now that I'm trying to go low-carb, I actually need to UP my carbs. This is all so confusing.
I decided I'm still going to eat pasta and popcorn, because honestly, then I wouldn't hardly be getting ANY carbs and I don't want to make myself sick.
Today I ate:
B
Beef vegetable soup
Milk (300 cals, 32carbs, 8 protein)
L:
egg omelette with onion, cheese, and broccoli (151ish cals,447 sodium, 6 protein, unsure of how many/if any carbs)
D:
Chicken breast
salad(230cals, 0 carbs, 6 protein)
Evening snack:
milk
popcorn (209 cals, 39 carbs, 12 protein)
