The Color BLUE- Appetite suppressant?
Has anyone else read about that? I was just reading today how supposedly the color blue supresses your appetite, because it's a very rare color in nature and your mind/eyes don't recognise it as safe. So eating on a blue plate, or eating under a blue light, or even coloring your food blue can help you eat less.
I'm going to give it a try on a smaller, blue plate and see if there's anything behind this.
