Question Confused

It took me 3 wks to lose 2lbs. I'm eating right and going to kickboxing. Is this normal or am I missing something in my routine?

What does "right" mean? Can you post a sample day's menu?

With only over 20lbs to lose, yes that's quite normal. You also have a lot of processed foods and sodium in your diet and that will slow things down.

thanks, i'll try to cut down on the processed foods, just hard when you live alone and by the time I get home at night, i have no desire to cook at 730 at night. So easy to just toss a frozen dinner in the micro.

So true! I was using a lot of Healthy Choices... but I have started doubling (or even tripling) recipes when I cook them. Then I split it up into containers and I have my own frozen meals ready to go.

You are doing great! Dont be discouraged at all.

Remember it can be super hard to convince your body to go under your current set weight, so sometimes people loose in a more stair step manner.

And as a general rule, at most people should really expect to lose 1% of bodyweight a week if you want it to be fat
