Special request here! I'm looking for ladies who are 35+ years old and who used to be overweight but have healthfully slimmed down and kept the weight off.
If that describes you, I'm curious: What are your realistic, useful, fun, surprising, and maybe even quirky, strategies that you use to avoid holiday weight gain? I'm thinking specifically about the sneaky 5-7 lbs. that creep up on most of us somewhere between the first slice of pumpkin pie and our last New Year's toast!
