Default Non weight loss q

I was just wondering if you know or what you think about this....

If my body manages to regulate my cycle after weight loss will it reduce my difficulties in getting pregnant? I'm just curious because my body has managed it before after a 30 or so pound loss. It would make sense right? I mean if I'm having a period, every month or 6 weeks, that I am ovulating? I've had 4 periods already this year and that's got to be better than the 10 months gaps I'd been having before.....

I could totally google this but I don't have the energy!

Would appreciate any input!!

I would assume that if you're having a regular period, you'll be ovulating more often, but it would really depend on why you were having almost year long gaps in your period before.

In general, yes -- most likely you are ovulating.

But to be sure, chart. I used www.tcoyf.com software.

You will see the change in temp when you "O" -- even if you aren't TTC just yet I'd start charting to get to know your own particular charting quirks and hopefully when you ARE ready, you will know when to time it.
