Hello everyone!
I am considering signing up for a dance class at a local community college here. I have only attempted this once, many years ago, and I was so out of shape and unhealthy that I thought I would vomit and pass out on the first day! It was a beginners class, too!
I want to avoid a plateau, mix up my workouts and I LOVE to dance, but I was wondering if I would be getting in over my head. Should I wait until some other time? Are there modifications to the movement, or will I be the lumbering fat woman in the back? Anyone have any advice?
