I've recently turned into a daily weigher, and so far, I am preferring it. I don't mind the daily fluctuations, if anything, they put me at ease because I can learn my body's patterns.
I live alone, and sleep in a t-shirt and undies. So when I wake up in the morning, I go to the restroom and then weigh in my "PJ's." So, the weight that I've recorded for all these months includes the weight of a t-shirt and underwear, lol.
I was in a hurry this morning, and was just about to jump in the shower when I realized I hadn't weighed. I was already in my birthday suit, and the thought didn't even occur to me. I got on the scale, and I saw 144.6. I have NEVER been that low in any of my fluctuations, and I got on and off the scale three times to make sure it was accurate. I was actually expecting to see a higher number, around 146 this morning, since I had a salty dinner last night. It seriously took me like 5 minutes to realize "oh, duh, I'm naked!" lol. So I grabbed my t-shirt and undies, just held them, weighed, and saw a much more expected number of 145.4.
It's strange to me that I consider my weight in my PJ's my real weight, but not my naked weight, haha. I think I might start weighing nekkid, the thought seriously never occured to me. It's like an instant pound lost!
I weigh-in naked as well. And I wear my lightest clothes when I see my dietitian. It's still disappointing to see the weight on her scale be a few pounds higher
something lke that just happened to me! i always weighed in a tshirt, a pair of jeans, and undies/bra but lat week i was like wait, I should try weighing naked. I was soo surprised to see about 2 less pounds than with the clothes! it made me decide to weight nude for my weekly weigh ins. if im weighing in between the weekly weigh ins i still wear clothes and just guestimate what it is without
