Hi i`m quite new here and just wondered if anyone is doing the rosemary conley diet ?

I`v been going to classes and really enjoying the exercise part of the class, i`ve had 3 weigh in`s and lost 11.5lbs, my weigh in is on tuesday morning and i`m really hoping to get the 2.5lbs off to take me to my 1st stone.

If your not doing rosemary conley, what diet are you all on and how are you doing with it

Hi dinmeg. I've never heard of the Rosemary Conley diet. maybe you can tell us about it.

I follow a Mediterritanean style diet. Most of the people on this forum follow different things-there is no one type that most people do.

I wasn't familiar with Rosemary Conley so I googled- looks like it's just a UK thing but seems like a good program and you've been doing very well!

I'm doing calorie counting and have a Gowear Fit which tracks my activity and calorie burn, so I try to to make sure I'm burning at least 1000 more calories than I eat.
