It's good to drink a lot of water but I watched the Dr. Oz show one day and he said that 10 glasses of water isn't necessary, that we get water from foods too. I've been eating a salad a day so I feel like I'm getting water from that....along with my 4 ....9 oz bottles of water and not to mention the cup of coffee I drink. He said veggies have lots of water in them. I drink a lot of water cause I like how it makes me feel.
