I got on the scale this am ( i know i was gonna weigh once a week but im weak lol) and i lost 3#! WOOHOO! a nice end of the period whoosh! AND i can add another to my mini goals list! im over the 5 pounds mark!
WTG!!!!!!!! I just started low-carb this past Monday and I have lost 5 pounds so far! SOOOO exciting! I feel great...how about you? Keep up the good work!
I am surprised to find that things like tomatos are so sweet to me now. I drink tea with splenda and cream at night and its like dessert its so yummy! I love this! How have your tastes changed?
yes they have! even meats can have a sweet taste to them sometimes! I remember this happening before when I did this and its wonderful. Just think of how much we were missing before when we ate foods loaded in carbs!
I've lost 9 pounds this week! soooo exciting! I probably wont see that number again but its a good start!
It will be a week for me tomorrow and I have been debating whether or not I want to weigh in. I know I have been doing well eating and have been crazy with the exercise but I am afraid that the number won't be as high as I would like and I will get discouraged. Has anyone else had this issue?
