Well it took quite a bit of foot dragging, but I have finally started exercising again... Did lower body today, upper yesterday, threw in a couple of crunches... and VOILA ! The endorphins have started to kick in.....Boy, I love this part....

Isn't that the most amazing part of the workout. There are days I workout just for that post workout, someone slap me because I'm too happy, giddiness.
I love that part myself, too. I thought about it just last night. I had a tough day at work, extremely busy the entire afternoon, and when I got home I felt totally exhausted and pretty stressed out. At 7:30, I had a 60 minute Zumba class (a pretty wild one, probably one of the best I remember) and afterwards, all the stress was gone and my spirit was soaring.
No money can buy this!
