I have been pretty good this week. Calories have been ok. Haven't worked out this week though, because I have been sick since Saturday, and if i do anything that requires any amount of exertion, i start coughing really badly. Anyway, this morning feeling really crappy, i made some blueberry muffins (from a mix) and i ate FOUR of them smothered in butter
and washed it down with pepsi!! And i did this knowing that my husband is planning to take me out to dinner tonight and that i needed to reserve my calories for this.
I dont mean to rant, i'm just very disappointed with myself. Now off to distract myself with schoolwork, lol.
