i was so stunned to see a 4-pound loss in 4 days, that i just couldn't bring myself to announce it!!!
my sister saw the whole thing, and we hugged. and i had my 200-pound-loss watch on. maybe it's bringing me luck???
or maybe you ladies are bringing me luck??? after all, i finally weigh as much as bethanne did when she started, and am finally down to where velvet is!!! it's all in the perspective.
we've all been through the wringer with our weight. and this is a great place to hang out. we will make it. it may take time, but we will all be healthy once again...
Congratulations : ) As someone who has recently entered the 200's as well.. I can relate to what a great feeling it is!! Who would have thought that 299.9 could feel so good?
LOL bethanne.... but you KNOW i'm going to pass you. the surgery kind of makes that happen.
now, my sister is worried. she's lost about 60 or more pounds on WW/lo carbish. she's doing great. but now that i'm in the 'terrible twos' she has this idea that i'll be in 'one-derland' before she is!!!!
she has less than 30 to that point, and i have 90+... it'll be close!!! yeah right...

Just adding my congrats to your long list!! Keep thinking of all the positive things now in your life since losing this weight. I actually dont mind pictures being taken like I did before. I am only 1/3 of the way there, but I feel so much better about ME now and that keeps me going!

except for sue. she's already there. and she's already at my goal weight. well, i want to stop at 170-180, a very very comfy weight for me. puts me at about a 12-14...
not sure i'll weigh myself this week, but i do need a dose of reality, since i ate a lot today. well, a lot for me, but that only means about 75 grams of protein and a few vegs and 4 [count them!!!] strawberries.
and a sugar free candy. and 1 potato chip.
yeah. i need some reality. does anyone have any extra to lend me?????
Jiff you had me weeping all over my keyboard!! I am not usually this way but you have done it girl!!! I am jumping between a 14 and 16 right now. but i had gained about 20 (190) fow a week or 2 but have finally gotten down 10. but I was dancing between a 12 and 14 and I sure know the feeling it is wonderful!!! I know you will be there before you know it!!! I will save my clothes for you!!!
