I gained a pound this week and I am only surprised that I only gained that much. I deserved to gain more. I didn't post yesterday because I blew it so badly. After dinner I ate almost a whole another day worth of points. Depression is so damaging. I have to get myself together. Today I have finally been in control, at least so far, and I intend to end the day positive. I have to rethink my whole attitude and eating patterns. I am going to try to eat more whole grains and other high fiber foods and less sugars other refined foods. Hopefully that will help me get back on track even with the conference tomorrow.
