Default 30 day shred

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred OMG I didn't think it would honestly be that hard. I started on Level 1 and literally was worn out. My legs already hurt lol. That is pitiful but I guess it shows how REALLY out of shape I am. I guess like she says I just have to push through it and keep at it and my body will adapt. I sure hope so!

One other question, kinda personal. I am rather large chested and jumping jacks are not the most delightful exercise considering my large chest. I bought a sports bra but it doesn't seem to help. Anyone have any tricks on how to keep them down lol. It is actually quite painful doing jump jacks I need something more supportive.

The first day is always SUPER hard. Trust me, I know. Tomorrow will be much easier.

And about your question, I know how you feel. My chest hurts SOOO bad right now because I wore a regular bra when I did the 30DS today. ;-; Sometimes big boobs aren't fun. But yeah, I wasn't thinking today, but a lot of times I stick toliet paper or tissues into the bottom of my bra. I know, stuffing seems silly, but it gives them extra padding and they don't wiggle around as much! xD

Umm yeah. I feel ya on it being super hard. I just completed my 5th day of Level 2 of the 30 Day Shred. That woman is a genius, I curse at her and roll my eyes at the TV every day, but I can see and feel changes in my body!
You might want to just hold the girls while you do your jumping jacks if it is causing you a lot of pain. You can actually flap your elbows while your hands are over your chest and your heart rate stays elevated. On one season of the Australian Biggest Loser a girl had the same issue and would just hold her chest may feel silly but gets the job done!!

Mine don't get painful so much, but I wear a bra that holds things fairly tight (it's actually a tiny bit small) and then I wear a bra tank top, and then another thin tank top over that! It's a lot of layers, but it keeps the girls in place for the most part! Good luck! I would also consider holding them in place like diamond suggested!

I wear a sports bra over my regular bra and they seem to stay in place a lot better. Its not exactly comfortable but at least you wont be getting any black eyes!!

Ditto! I am not exactly huge, but it really does help wearing a sports bra over your regular bra.

I wear my size of a sports bra and then a size smaller sports bra over it. It works really well and I am not all over the place.

Really jealous of you guys being able to do 30 Day Shred - it doesn't exist here in the UK and I can't play Region 1 DVDs (boo!). It sounds great though, keep it up!

Boob-wise, I have pretty big boobs, but I wear a good sports bra (a Shock Absorber) over my regular bra, and it keeps everything pretty much in place.

Keep up the good work! xx

Ladies, I bought my handweights today. I am starting tomorrow. I currently run every morning about three miles. Will 30 DS give me ENOUGH strength training?

Have you tried an Enell sports bra? I'm pretty large chested and have been really happy with mine. I can do jumping jacks and bounce around without putting an eye out

I also double bag 'em with one being slightly smaller. ;>

When I played softball, I also wrapped a good layer of medical tape over the top of that.
