There are programs (I have Mac the Ripper so that's the one I know of) that allow you to make copies of DVDs and at the same time make them regionless. I'm pretty sure if you bought a legit copy it's not illegal, just so long as you don't try to sell it. Or (again if you have a Mac) you can use a program like Handbreak to turn a DVD into an mpeg file (and then if you want it back on DVD burn it through iDVD to a blank disc). If you don't have a mac I can't help you, but if you do those are both free programs.

It can kind of be a lot of work however, but it's an idea if you really want to try it.

it wore me out big time when i first started it .. i never could finish the whole 20 minutes.. now it does nothing for me lol

Unfortunately I do not have the bra problem but my friend does. She has always wore 2 sports bras and then a razorback tank top that has an extra bra lining. It gives you the support you need for your back too not just your boobs which is just as important as comfort. I would think that would be better for you than just a regular bra and a sports bra.
