I found a Core support Group...Goody!
Joined WW the summer of 2007 and lost 30 pounds. Stopped going to meetings in March and now the weight is slowly returning. I followed the core plan while a WW member and maintained a steady weight loss so I know it works. The rest of my WW group were faithful to the points but I was at 19-20 points a day and that wasn't much food. I was always hungry. While on the core plan, I even came to the point where I knew when I was full and could exclaim how full I was like the skinny girls always do! What doesn't work is snacking on every cookie, cake, and candy that my eyes come in contact with. No will power!!! I'm also a stress eater and have had a bundle of stressors the last four months. Thanks for letting me vent and I hope I can lean on this community for support. Thanks for the menu ideas as they help me keep on track.
