I know the comments weren't directed at me, but....
I run 5x a week, AND do cardio/weights 5x a week. (I work out twice a day, 5x a week).
My bags and poodge are definitely genetic. Even as a fit, active teenager weighing only 150 lbs at 6 feet tall, I had 'em. They were much smaller, but they were there.
All the women in my family (on my mom's side) have the poodge, if not the saddle bags.
Darn family genetics. BAH!
So, surgery it is. My mom and I used to talk about it from time to time. We both said if we won the lotto or came into lots of money we would get it done. Now that I am in the position financially to afford it, I will be following through.
