So I'm down to 197 from 208, it took 8 days of being strict with myself food wise. I know I'm more than physically active enough, as I'm a competitive skier by profession, I just binge and eat WAY too much.
I started a fitday.com journal, and keep track of EVERYTHING. I still eat all the same foods, just WAY less of it. I find if I don't eat lots of protein and some fatty foods like cheese or nuts I'm more likely to binge.
I'm intaking around 1200-1800Kcal a day and burning 2500-3500kcal a day.
Also making sure I have water bottles EVERYWHERE. In the truck, in the gym bag, in my food, in the fridge, I flavor about 1/2 of them with crystal light, I find it helps a lot...
