the 20lb happy dance
okay. so i joined this site like maybe two years ago. i kept trying this and that and still was not getting anywhere. sigh.
so, in decemeber of this year, i hired a personal trainer and started going 3 times a week to get my butt kicked.
at my first assessment, i weighed in at 206. i just had my second assessment, 5 months later and am now down to 185. i just about fell over when he told me.
so, i am almost at my first goal of 30lbs. yeah!!!!!
i just wanted to say too, that i know that not everyone can afford a personal trainer-i have sacrificed many things in my life to be able to continue to see my trainer and i am always broke, but you know what, it is SO worth it. they will push you and give you support unlike anyone else.
