Default Starting out
Hi
My girlfriend and I just started on WW. We had our first weigh in last night and we both lost 2.6lbs!! very thrilling and motivating.

the first week i found it hard to control portion sizes and realize my eatting habits. I would eat at the first hint of being hungry!

My husband is doing it as well and we both motivate each and have started to exercise together.

I am really looking forward to being a part of this forum and continuing on with WW.

Hello and welcome to a wonderful site. You'll be inspired and motivated here. Look around, find some threads that are good for you. There are so many topics both in the WW section and others......there are threads for your age group, etc.....
