Question Going out for dinner

Hi I'm going out for dinner on Saturday but i'm wondering which of these two meals would have the least amount of points?

Chicken Fillet / Filletto di Pollo
Grilled chicken fillet supreme, with a hot and spicy tomato and garlic sauce, and served with mash potatoes and mixed salad.

or

Napoletana
Rich Italian tomato based sauce with fresh garlic, chilli and herbs.

Thanks a mil for any replies!!

Is the Napolentana a pasta dish?

Sometimes "rich" is a euphemism for lots of added fat. You might have to ask the server how each dish is prepared.

Personally, I would order the chicken fillet, ask for them to go light on the butter, and ask for a plain baked potato instead of mashed. The baked potato is 3 points, salad is 0 (without dressing), and chicken (for 1 serving, a 3 oz portion) is 3 points plus a point or so for the sauce. The sauce, I can imagine, probably is buttery.

Just make sure you eyeball the size of the chicken that you eat correctly! Remember, 1 serving (3 oz) is about the size of a deck of cards.
